PODS INTEGRATION

A leading moving and storage company set out to address its customer financing needs, turning to Acorn Finance to deliver a seamless solution across its website, quote, and booking experience.

The integration between Acorn Finance and PODS was designed to give customers a more affordable path to moving through flexible, over-time payment options. My contribution spanned three key deliverables: a design of the financing landing page within the PODS UI, an interactive prototype showcasing the Acorn Finance loan application and offers woven into the booking experience, and a comprehensive master screen flow across mobile and desktop that gave all parties a clear picture of the end-to-end experience.

SCREEN FLOW

The screen flow served as the single source of truth for the entire integrated experience. Spanning the PODS quote journey, the Acorn Finance loan application, and lender applications, it maps every screen, decision point, and branching path in a clear and organized format. Labeled sections distinguish each phase of the experience, making it easy for all stakeholders, from design and development to product and leadership, to understand the full scope of the integration at a glance.
